We are in search of an experienced
Product and Bonus Analysis Manager
who will join our growing team in Belgrade
Your responsibilities will be:
- Analysis of relevant metrics to improve products offered
- Analyzing user data from various sources, monitoring activity changes, and identifying trends
- Evaluating company products and analyzing their performance in line with market changes
- Proposing the introduction of new products or improving the performance of existing ones based on conducted analyses
- Segmentation of the company service users and identifying patterns in their behavior
- Collaborating with business teams in creating, preparing, and implementing actions and bonuses for specific target user groups
- Developing and proposing product placement strategies and presenting planned projections in collaboration with the product manager
- Defining risks and determining preventive measures
- Defining success metrics, report formats, and presenting of marketing campaign results, as well as suggestions for their corrections
Candidate profile:
- Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields (preferably FON, Faculty of Economics, PMF, ETF);
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in analytics and statistics
- Advanced experience with predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Advanced experience working with Python
- Experience working with relational databases
- Experience in drawing conclusions based on data
- Experience with data visualization and interpretation
