IT support engineer

Opis pozicije

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and managing infrastructure and servers at retail locations.
  2. Maintaining and providing support for employee applications, including reporting, installation and configuration, databases, user privileges, and recovery procedures.
  3. Administration and maintenance of AV software, Google Workspace components, and the core set of employee software.
  4. Providing technical support for business processes and employees, including installation, configuration, and advanced-level maintenance of computer systems.
  5. Maintenance of network devices at payment locations, as well as network infrastructure at headquarters at the level of port allocation and basic management.
  6. Configuring backup systems, creating, and updating user accounts.
  7. Preparing and replacing computers for the retail network, as well as configuring and installing tablet computers.
  8. Analyzing system incidents and escalating them to higher levels.
  9. Maintaining the WiFi network at the system level.
  10. First- and second-level monitoring of all system components.

Uslovi

To meet the job requirements, you need:

 

  1. A minimum of a high school diploma in an IT-related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of work experience as a system administrator, service desk analyst, IT specialist, network/soc support, or similar
  3. Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, MTCNA, COMPTIA, MCSE, Linux, Mikrotik, SQL, JNCIA
  4. Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  5. Experience with network equipment (configuration, protocols, monitoring).
  6. Analytical thinking and the ability to understand technical documentation in order to solve problems and work with various software solutions.
  7. Willingness to help, effective time management skills, focus, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Driving licence, B category, is a must.
