IT Service Support Specialist

For our Service operations center in IT department, we are in search of:   IT service support specialist  This person will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance of systems and services. They will work closely with other team members to resolve incidents, improve security, and implement new technologies.

IT service support engineer

 

This person will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance of systems and services. They will work closely with other team members to resolve incidents, improve security, and implement new technologies.

Opis pozicije

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintenance and monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure with a focus on services
  • Participation in resolving and preventing IT incidents and problems in collaboration with the Incident Manager, SOC Manager, and other team members
  • Monitoring and analysis of IT system performance at both network and system levels
  • Participation in initiatives for improving IT services and implementing new technologies
  • Monitoring of server and network infrastructure as well as security incidents
  • Management of monitoring tools such as Nagios/Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana
  • Management of security tools for real-time security analysis (SIEM)
  • Experience with SSO integrations
  • Maintenance and configuration of remote access to central office resources (VPN) and remote services

Uslovi

To meet the job requirements, you need:

 

  • Minimum high school level of education; a university degree in a technical or technological field is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and monitoring
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and monitoring
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working with Jira or similar issue tracking systems
  • Administration of user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and Google Workspace (GWS)
  • Advanced configuration of network devices (MikroTik, TP-Link, Cisco switches)
  • Solid understanding of core routing and switching protocols
  • Server administration skills
  • Good understanding of system-level security principles and practices
