Service Operations IT Support Engineer

This person will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance of systems, applications  and services. They will work closely with other team members to resolve incidents, monitor  security alerts and observe  total platform uptime.

Opis pozicije

  • Maintenance and monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure with a focus on all system  services
  • Participation in resolving and preventing IT incidents and problems in collaboration with the Incident Manager, SOC Manager, and other IT teams
  • Monitoring and analysis of IT system performance at both network and system levels
  • Participation in initiatives for improving infrastructure  services and implementing new technologies
  • Monitoring of servers and network infrastructure as well as security incidents
  • Management of monitoring tools such as Nagios/Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana
  • Management of security tools for real-time security analysis (SIEM), firewall audit  and central log management
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Maintenance and configuration of remote access to central office resources (VPN) and remote access  services

Uslovi

  • Minimum high school level of education; a university degree in a technical or technological field is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, NOC or SOC
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure, hardware layer understanding,, alerts escalation and flow management
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working with Jira or similar issue tracking systems
  • Administration of user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and Google Workspace (GWS)
  • Basic understanding of  configuration of network devices and protocols

Moj posao je dinamičan i kreativan, usmeren na zadovoljstvo krajnjeg korisnika, ali i usko povezan sa svim ostalim sektorima u okviru kompanije. Sa direktorima proizvoda, od kojih od prvog dana imam punu podršku i pomoć u radu, radim na unapređenju postojećih i osmišljavanju novih benefita za igrače, dok njihovu implementaciju sprovodimo sa kolegama iz IT-ja. Kako je igra svakog igrača ponaosob specifična, neophodno je da i benefiti budu u skladu sa njihovom igrom i prepoznatim potrebama, što je jedan od ciljeva sektora koji vodim.
