Senior SEO Specialist

As a Senior SEO Specialist you will take full ownership of our organic growth across diverse international markets, from the Balkans to Africa. This leadership role requires a mix of hands-on SEO expertise and strategic thinking. You will lead a comprehensive audit of our existing SEO setup, define a roadmap for improvement, collaborate closely with our external SEO agency and play a key role in building and leading a high-performing SEO team. Your work will directly impact Mozzart’s organic visibility across multiple markets.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth across multiple international markets
- Conduct in-depth audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and growth opportunities
- Build and lead an SEO team including specialists in technical SEO, content, and off-page SEO
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for our external SEO agency
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal site architecture, performance, and crawlability
- Partner with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content
- Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and partnerships
- Track performance and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and others
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices, and monitor competitor strategies
- Work closely with marketing, IT, product, and acquisition teams to align SEO with broader business goals
Uslovi
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in iGaming, sports betting, or online entertainment
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization, schema, and performance
- Proven experience in building and managing SEO teams
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO practices in regulated industries (e.g., iGaming) is considered an advantage
- Certifications in Google Analytics or other SEO/analytics platforms are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
