Medior ML Engineer

We are looking for a Medior ML Engineer to actively participate in the full lifecycle of developing our advanced predictive models and AI solutions. The focus of this role is on independent work regarding the development, training, and validation of models (from specific feature preparation to prediction and evaluation), with support and mentorship from seniors on more complex structures.

Opis pozicije

  • Independently develop, train, and fine-tune ML models for various business needs (classification, regression, clustering / segmentation).
  • Independently locate data and construct features from data warehouses (DWH) using SQL to support ML model requirements.
  • Participate in the development of generative AI tools (RAG systems) and smart AI assistants. (Experience with GenAI/LLMs is considered a strong plus)
  • Collaborate with seniors and technical teams to prepare models for stable operation in a production environment.

Uslovi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Organizational Sciences, Economics or a related technical field
  • 2-4 years of experience in ML model development and implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost).
  • Experience working with databases and preparing data for modeling purposes.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience working with server environments (either On-Prem or Cloud) – the candidate must have experience developing and running models outside of a local machine environment.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance alongside more experienced colleagues.
