Electrical & Automation Systems Engineer
For our Electrical & Automation Systems Team in the IT/Infrastructure department, we are in search of an Electrical & Automation Systems Engineer. You will design, maintain, and optimize critical power and automation systems (UPS, generators, and industrial controllers), monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable and safe data center operations, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Design, configuration, and maintenance of parallel power supply systems, including synchronization of generators with the utility grid

Inspection and control of diesel generators and controllers (Caterpillar EMCP, ADEM, CAT ET)

Testing and enhancement of various industrial controllers and communication protocols (FGW 200, Modbus, Genibus, Ebus, reduced Modbus)

Work with UPS systems (APC Symmetra), maintenance bypass panels, and EPO installations

Performing works and interventions on live high- and low-voltage installations with maximum safety and precision

Creation of technical project documentation

Analysis of electrical power parameters required for system operation

Optimization of HVAC systems through advanced control strategies in cooperation with vendors and partners

Participation in the preparation of project specifications, collaboration with designers and contractors, and technical supervision of project implementation

Fast and accurate troubleshooting of failures in complex critical data center infrastructure systems
Uslovi
-
VI/VII level degree – Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Power Engineering, or a related technical field
-
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience working with electrical power and HVAC systems in data centers
-
Advanced knowledge of electrical power systems and cooling systems
-
Advanced knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power systems, UPS systems, redundant power supply systems, industrial controllers, and communication protocols

Experience in integration and optimization of HVAC and BMS systems

High level of responsibility and precision in work

Ability to work independently and make decisions in critical situations

Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving

Willingness to work in emergency situations and outside standard working hours when needed

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, designers, and contractors
