Business Performance Analyst

You will participate in establishing, monitoring and improving the business performance management system across the entire organization. Working closely with management and HR, the Business Performance Analyst ensures that the company's strategic goals are directly linked to operational results. By providing key analytical support for decision-making, this position plays a crucial role in connecting business outcomes with the employee goal and bonus system.

Opis pozicije

  1. Participating in the definition of annual company-level goals and KPIs, while developing and standardizing performance measurement system
  2. Conducting continuous analysis of KPIs achievement and proposing improvement measures in line with business development
  3. Identifying deviations from planned targets and analyzing underlying causes (financial, operational, and organizational factors)
  4. Proactively informing management about risks and deviations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions based on data analysis
  5. Ensuring a unified approach to performance measurement across all markets
  6. Linking business performance with employee performance appraisal systems
  7. Collaborating with management to define performance, reward and targeting systems
  8. Supporting the HR function in the implementation of bonus and variable pay systems
  9. Ensuring accurate and consistent data for bonus calculation purposes
  10. Monitoring the achievement of targets linked to variable compensation
  11. Coordinating and consolidating data from all markets where the company operates
  12. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on the achievement of goals and KPIs

Uslovi

  1. University degree in Economics, Management or Business Analytics
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, controlling, or strategic planning
  3. Proven experience working with KPIs and performance measurement systems
  4. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  5. Strong experience in data reporting and visualization
  6. Proficiency in English (active use)

The following will be considered an advantage:

  1. Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  2. Understanding of HR processes and performance management systems
  3. Strong analytical and communication skills
  4. A high level of reliability and professional integrity

Moj posao je dinamičan i kreativan, usmeren na zadovoljstvo krajnjeg korisnika, ali i usko povezan sa svim ostalim sektorima u okviru kompanije. Sa direktorima proizvoda, od kojih od prvog dana imam punu podršku i pomoć u radu, radim na unapređenju postojećih i osmišljavanju novih benefita za igrače, dok njihovu implementaciju sprovodimo sa kolegama iz IT-ja. Kako je igra svakog igrača ponaosob specifična, neophodno je da i benefiti budu u skladu sa njihovom igrom i prepoznatim potrebama, što je jedan od ciljeva sektora koji vodim.
