Raising the standard of balanced working hours
In the works of experts on this topic, multinational companies and initiatives which call for socially responsible business are most often quoted as the social forces with the potential to leave the greatest impact on changing the standard of working hours - for the reduction of which workers around the planet have been fighting since the 19th century. The good news about imporving standards in the direction of flexibility and working hours, is that this role has been taken over by Mozzart, which is already considered a pioneer of economic and social innovation, and for which community care is one of the highest business priorities. In accordance with the criteria of the International Labor Organization for determining the length of working hours, according to which preserving the health of workers and providing opportunities to harmonize business obligations with the private is an imperative, this regional leader in organizing games of chance introduced a 38 -hour working week.Shortening the employee working time on Fridays by two hours, Mozzart has provided its staff with a benefit which does not entail a reduction in salaries but represents an additional improvement in balanced working hours allowing the employees to dedicate themselves to family and other segments of private life. In addition, employees on duty and those who work in shifts, instead of six hours of work on Fridays, are given the opportunity to use one day off during the month in which they worked eight hours on Fridays. They can also use another day instead of Friday for working six hours, which is why, for the first time in company`s history, new shifts have been introduced for them. Having in mind that, for example, an average working week in France is 37.3 hours, the reduction of working hours to 38 hours per week organized by Mozzart for more than 620 employees under its roof is just another indicator that the company is setting modern trends in all business segments.
