This Privacy Policy aims to explain how and why MOZZART DOO BEOGRAD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) processes your personal data as a data processor and the measures it takes to ensure that your data is secure and protected. The processing of personal data is performed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Please read this Policy to understand how we treat your personal data.

This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which the Company uses personal data. By providing your personal data and accepting the Privacy Policy, you confirm that you agree that your data is used in the manner described in this Policy. If the Privacy Policy changes, we will publish the amended text of the Policy on this page.

3.1. Website usage

The Company collects data from visitors of the website https://rs.mozzart.org/en based on our legitimate interest in order to better understand the needs of users. The following data are collected for these purposes:

  • 1. time and date of the page visit,
  • 2. pages viewed by the visitor,
  • 3. type and version of the Internet browser,
  • 4. IP address of the visitor's computer.

We use cookies to provide you with a service with full functionality and the highest quality content. Cookies are small text files transferred to a visitor's computer for the purpose of tracking the use of certain pages. 3.2. Job applications

If you are applying for a job through the mozzart.org site, you will be forwarded to the site: recruiter.omega.rs and enter the following information in the online form:

  • Basic data (name, surname, landline and mobile phone number, e-mail address, photo),
  • Address information (city),
  • Data on education (education, name of the educational institution in which the highest qualification was acquired, direction and place of school),
  • Information on work experience (beginning and end, company name and position, job description and responsibilities), CV (CV),

The personal data from the completed form are processed on the basis of your consent and exclusively for the selection and employment of candidates. We need your data in order to contact you and carry out the selection procedure for a specific position. 3.3. Communications

The company provides customer support by phone and email. If you contact us on the contact phone number located on the Mozzart.org site, the phone conversation will not be recorded.

4.  Recipients of personal data:

The Company forwards the personal data of users to other recipients exclusively on the basis of a legal obligation and compliance with regulatory requirements, i.e. a justified request of an authorized public body or in the case of setting, realizing or defending legal requirements. If necessary, personal data are forwarded to reliable business partners (processors) in order to enable the maintenance of the information system, payment system, solving user requests or similar business needs with mandatory protection measures that are regulated and defined by special agreements.

Your personal data may be disclosed to: Service providers, processors, business partners, credit agencies, banks, lawyers, advisors, anti-money laundering institutions, courts, regulatory bodies, juvenile protection institutions, addiction institutions, police, sports associations and marketing agencies.

5. Where we store your personal data

Your personal data is stored on servers located in Europe. If we transfer the data we collect from you to a recipient (as specified in Chapter 4), those data recipients will store your data. We strive to ensure that your personal data is handled in accordance with this Policy and that the recipients of the data have the same or similar organizational, technical and personnel measures as we do. Some of the recipients of data with whom we share your personal data may have servers located outside the territory that, according to the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, provide an appropriate level of protection, in which case we will provide appropriate protection measures.

6. Data retention period

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, which leads to the cessation of further processing of your data and their deletion. If we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest, we will process them until you object to the processing.

The personal data of the candidates who successfully pass the selection process and become our employees will be processed in accordance with the records in the field of employment. If the candidate does not pass the selection process, his personal data is kept for three years.

Depending on the type and legal basis of the processing, you can exercise the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

  • Correction of personal data
  • Deleting personal data
  • Portability of personal data
  • Restriction of personal data processing and
  • The right to object

8. Security of personal data

The Company undertakes the necessary strict security procedures, organizational, technical and personnel measures to protect personal data, in accordance with established standards and procedures necessary to protect data from loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and any other misuse.

We demand the same level of responsibility and security from our contractual partners (processors).

9. Complaints

For all questions regarding the protection and processing of personal data, you can contact our Personal Data Protection Officer by e-mail zaštita.podatakamozzartbet.com or by mail at ul. The Personal Data Protection Officer is in charge of supervising the legality of personal data processing, taking care of the protection of the rights and freedoms of users (and other persons whose data it processes) and advising responsible persons on best practices in the field of personal data protection.

Any request received will be resolved as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. When contacting and making these requests, we will make reasonable efforts to establish your identity and prevent unauthorized processing of personal data.

If you believe that your data has been processed illegally, you can submit a complaint with the Commissioner for the Protection of Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
